The oily texture of the balm allows for makeup removal that is both gentle on the skin and highly effective. We recommend following these steps:
1) Warm a small amount of balm in the palm of your hand until it transforms into an oil.
2) Apply the balm, now turned to oil, to your face and massage lightly with your fingertips using circular motions.
3) Finish by wiping your face with a dampened reusable cotton pad to remove any excess balm and makeup residue.
Please note: this is a makeup-removing balm, not a cleanser. In fact, one of the most common skincare mistakes is thinking that the skin is clean after removing makeup. However, makeup removal only dissolves the first layer of surface impurities (pigments, sunscreen, etc.) thanks to its oily base.
