Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions of Use

Purpose:

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs) govern participation in our brand's ambassador program, as well as the use of content created by ambassadors within the framework of this program. By joining this program, you accept the conditions described below.

Definitions:

Ambassador: Any person registered in the ambassador program.
Content: Any image, video, text, or other media published by the Ambassador on social networks by tagging our brand with their public profile.
Ambassador Code: Unique discount code assigned to the Ambassador for their network.

Conditions of Participation:

Suspension of ambassador codes:
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the use of ambassador codes during certain specific promotional periods (e.g., Prodigious Days, Sales, etc.) to avoid the accumulation of promotional offers.

Modification of ambassador codes:
If an ambassador code is shared on unauthorized platforms (e.g., good deal or promotional code sites), we reserve the right to modify it after informing the Ambassador concerned.

Commission Attribution:

Recognition of generated sales:
Commissions are calculated on sales made via the unique link on your personalized page. This link is specific to you and allows us to identify orders resulting from your recommendations.
👉 Therefore, always use this link in your communications: in your bio, in stories, in posts, or any other digital medium.

Tracking limitations:
Please note that certain factors beyond our control may affect sales tracking and prevent them from being linked to your ambassador profile. These factors include:

• Deletion or blocking of cookies by the end user;
• Use of private browsing or privacy extensions;
• Clicking on other affiliate links after yours.

Disclaimer:
We do our utmost to ensure reliable sales tracking. However, in the event of tracking loss due to the elements mentioned above or any other external factor, we cannot be held responsible if a sale is not attributed to you.

Use of Content:

By publishing content on social networks and tagging our brand, the Ambassador authorizes us to use this content, in whole or in part, for brand promotion purposes. This use includes adapting and publishing the content.

Usage Media:

Tagged content may be used on the following media:

• Ambassador Page: Inclusion on the dedicated ambassador page of our website.
• E-shop: Display on our online store.
• Brand's Social Networks: Publication on our official accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Advertisements: Use in our online advertising campaigns.

Attribution:

When we use the Ambassador's content, we commit to crediting the Ambassador appropriately, by mentioning their first name or username.

Intellectual Property:

The Ambassador retains all intellectual property rights over their content. This authorization of use does not affect the Ambassador's ownership rights but allows us to use their content in accordance with these T&Cs.

Modification and Termination:

We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Modifications will be communicated to ambassadors via the contact details provided during their registration.
The Ambassador can terminate their participation by contacting our team. However, content already published or used will remain under authorization.

Acceptance of Conditions:

By joining the ambassador program, sharing a code, and/or publishing content tagging our brand, the Ambassador acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions.
