2. Verified Buyer Badge

• If you purchased a product from our store, your review will be marked with a Verified Buyer badge.
• This badge guarantees that your review comes from a real purchasing experience.
• This badge cannot be added or modified by us to preserve the integrity of the reviews.

3. Request a review

• We send invitations to leave a review automatically or manually by email.
• We may also request reviews from customers who have purchased in the past, but we never make forced requests.

4. Leave your review

• You can write your review via: the form included in the invitation email or the review widget available on product pages or the All Reviews page.

• If you have not made a purchase on our site but still wish to share a review, you can do so. However, without a purchase history, your review will not receive the Verified Buyer badge.

5. Ranking and display of reviews

• Reviews are displayed: chronologically or by rating, depending on your browsing preferences.

• We never modify the priority or visibility of a review in exchange for compensation.

• Social networks: We sometimes share reviews on our official pages, such as our Facebook or Instagram page.
• Third-party integrations: Your reviews may be used in other applications or platforms linked to our store.

Review modification and authenticity

• Review correction: If you find a typo or error in your review, please contact us. Minor modifications can be made.
• Modification notification: If a review is modified, a notification will be sent to the reviewer. You will have the option to approve or reject the modification.

Importing legacy reviews

To ensure continuity in product reviews:

• Reviews from other platforms can be imported to our site.
• Imported reviews will only receive the Verified Buyer badge if their authenticity is confirmed.
