#1 I subscribe and choose my delivery frequency
Check the "subscribe" box on the product pages that interest you. From these same pages, you can refine your selections and choose your delivery frequencies.
#2 I add the relevant products to my cart
This way you can distinguish subscription products from single-purchase products. Proceed to payment as usual!
#3 I am notified of my order's departure
You will be informed a few days in advance by email when your order is being prepared.
#4 I can manage my subscription
From your account, you will have access to your history at any time and can modify your delivery address or frequency, add or remove products from your subscription. You can also pause or cancel your subscription whenever you wish after 2 deliveries.
Your questions about the subscription
Are our delivery rates more advantageous when subscribing to your products?
Delivery is free with no minimum purchase in the cart, instead of €50 for a classic order, and with no additional subscription fees. It is entirely possible to add and remove products from your subscription order without affecting the free delivery.
How is billing managed?
Billing is sent to our logistics provider as a standard order. You are automatically charged with each shipment. You will not pay shipping fees for any of the subscription shipments.
Where can I find the invoices for my last orders?
Once logged into your account, all invoices are directly downloadable in your order history.
Warning: If you wish to add products, directly modify your current subscription, this will allow you to group shipments, and thus reduce your environmental impact. Go to the "my subscriptions" section of your account and add the desired product(s): the planet will thank you!
Can I choose or modify the products in my subscription myself?
You can modify the list of your products at any time from the "my subscriptions" section of your account by clicking on the box associated with your order. We allow you to add or remove products from your next deliveries.
How long before delivery can I modify or delete products from my subscription?
After receiving the order confirmation email, you can still make all the modifications you want by clicking on the link provided in that email. Once the order has been prepared by our logistics provider, it will no longer be possible to edit it. However, you can change your subscription rules for the subsequent delivery. If you change the product quantity to 0, it will automatically be removed from your list.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the "my subscriptions" section of your account by clicking on the box associated with your order. We only ask you to commit to a minimum of 2 deliveries, regardless of the chosen delivery frequency. Simply click on the "cancel my subscription" link.
What should I do if I want to order several products but do not wish to subscribe to all of them?
Nothing could be simpler! Once on the product page, you have two choices. For the product you wish to receive via subscription, check the "subscribe" box and click the "add to cart" button to benefit from free delivery. For other products, it's exactly as usual. Check the "one-time purchase" box and click the "add to cart" button. Go to your cart to finalize your order.
What should I do if I want to subscribe to several products but at different frequencies?
It is possible to directly select an associated delivery frequency for each product sheet.
I receive the product I'm subscribed to too often, what should I do?
Don't worry, you can change the delivery frequency of each product at any time from the "my subscriptions" section of your account by clicking on the box associated with your order.
What frequency do you recommend for each product (classic use for one person)?
Soap: 1 month
Shampoo: 2 months
Conditioner: 3 months
Toothpaste: 2 months
Deodorant: 2 months
Cleansing Powder: 2 months
Balm 30 ml: 3 months for small areas (face care, lips, hands, hair tips, makeup remover)
Balm 100ml: 3 months when used on larger areas (especially the body, and if used for everything!)
When will I receive my products?
Once the subscription is definitively validated after payment in your cart, the order is taken into account by our logistics provider. The delivery time in metropolitan France is usually 2 to 3 days. Opt for the Chronopost option for faster delivery. From this date, the frequency will be activated. For example, if you have chosen a subscription with a frequency of 1 month, your second shipment will be received 1 month later.
How do I know my delivery has been shipped?
An email will be sent to you to inform you that your order will be prepared and sent. You can also check the status of your order in your account under the "order history" tab.
Is it possible to change the delivery address for my next order?
You can change the delivery address in France at any time from the "my subscriptions" section of your account by clicking on the box associated with your order. It is also possible, if you wish, to rectify the billing address.
Can I have it delivered to a relay point or a friend's house?
It's very simple: if you wish to temporarily use a different delivery address in France, you can change the delivery address from the "my subscriptions" section of your account by clicking on the box associated with your order. Don't forget to change it back when it's no longer needed.
Is the subscription available worldwide?
No, the subscription is only available for deliveries in metropolitan France and Monaco.
