How does it work?
# 1 I subscribe and choose my delivery frequency Check the "subscribe" box on the product sheet that interests you. From this same page, you can refine your selection and choose your delivery frequency.
# 2 I add the product concerned to the cart You will thus distinguish the products linked to the subscription from the products purchased alone. Proceed to payment as usual!
# 3 I am notified of the departure of my order You will be informed a few days before by email of the preparation of your order.
# 4 I can manage my subscription From your account, you will have the opportunity to access your history at any time and change the address or delivery frequency, add or remove products from your subscription. You can also pause or cancel your subscription whenever you want after 2 deliveries.
Your questions about the subscription
Are our shipping rates cheaper by subscribing to your products?
Delivery is free with no minimum purchase in the basket instead of € 50 for a standard order. It is quite possible to add and remove products from your subscription order without impacting this free delivery.
How is invoicing handled?
Invoicing goes back to our logistician like a classic order. You are automatically charged for each shipment. You will not pay for the postage, and for any of the subscriber's shipments.
Where can I find the invoices for my last orders?
Once connected to your account, all invoices are directly downloadable in your order history.
Can I choose or modify the products of my subscription myself?
You can modify the list of your products at any time from the "my subscriptions" section of your account by clicking on the "editing pen" associated with your order. We give you the possibility to add or remove products from your next deliveries by going through the product sheet of each of them.
Until what date before delivery can I modify or delete the products from my subscription?
After receiving your order confirmation email, you have 7 days to make any changes you want. If you change the quantity of the product to 0, it will be automatically removed from your list.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the "my subscriptions" section of your account by clicking on the "editing pen" associated with your order. We only ask you to commit to a minimum of 2 deliveries, regardless of the delivery frequency chosen. All you have to do is click on the “cancel my subscription” link.
What should I do if I want to order multiple products but don't want to subscribe to all of them?
Nothing could be simpler! Once on the product sheet, you have two choices. For the product you wish to receive via subscription, check the "subscribe" box and press the "add to cart" button to benefit from free shipping. For other products, it's just as usual. Check the "buy" box and press the "add to cart" button. Go to your basket to finalize your order.
What should I do if I want to subscribe to several products but at different frequencies?
It is possible directly on each product sheet to select an associated delivery frequency.
I receive the product to which I have subscribed too often, what should I do?
Don't worry, you can change the delivery frequency of each product at any time from the "my subscriptions" section of your account by clicking on the "edit pen" associated with your order. p >
What frequency do you recommend for each product (typical use for one person)?
Soap: 1 month
Shampoo 2 months
Toothpaste: 2 months
Deodorant: 2 months
Balm 30 ml: 3 months for small areas (facial care, lips, hands, hair tips, make-up remover)
Balm 100ml: 3 months of use on larger areas (especially the body, and if you use it for everything!)
When do I receive my products?
Once the subscription is definitively validated after payment in your basket, the order is taken into account by our logistician. The delivery time in mainland France is usually 2 to 3 days. Opt for the Colissimo option to be delivered faster. From this date, the frequency will be activated. For example, if you have chosen a subscription with a frequency of 1 month, your second shipment will then be received 1 month later.
How do I know my delivery has been dispatched?
An email will be sent to you to let you know that your order will be prepared and sent. You can also check the status of your order on your account in the "my order history" tab.
Can I change the delivery address for my next order?
You can change the delivery address in France at any time from the "my subscriptions" section of your account by clicking on the "editing pen" associated with your order. It is also possible, if you wish, to correct the billing address.
Can I have it delivered to a relay point or to a relative?
It's very simple, if you want an ephemeral delivery address to be taken into account, you can change the delivery address from the "my subscriptions" section of your account by clicking on the "pen edition ”associated with your order. Remember to modify it when this is no longer the case.
