The soaps contain 2% superfat, what does that mean?
Superfatting refers to the percentage of vegetable oils that have not been saponified: it makes your skin softer when using the soap and prevents feelings of tightness. It is provided by vegetable oils such as saponified olive and coconut oil or saponified shea butter!
Are your soaps organic certified?
Yes! Our Peau Douce and Exfoliant soaps are both Cosmos Organic certified.
Can soaps also be used as a facial cleanser?
Gentle Skin Soap is suitable for facial cleansing, avoiding contact with the eyes, of course. However, we recommend using the Exfoliating Soap only for the body.
Is their packaging truly zero waste?
Of course, packaging always means more waste! But we've done our best to minimize its environmental impact: its box is 100% recyclable, guaranteed glue- and plastic-free, and printed with vegetable-based ink. The cardboard is made from wood cellulose sourced from sustainably managed forests.
From what age can your Soaps be used?
The Soft Skin Soap is suitable for ages 6 and up, while the Exfoliating Soap can be used from age 3. However, we do not recommend using the Exfoliating Soap on young children, as it may be too abrasive for their sensitive skin.
What are the different soap scents?
The Savon Peau Douce (Soft Skin Soap) is available in Cotton Flower fragrance, offering a delicate floral note.
As for the Exfoliating Soap, it is infused with a soft monoi scent with delicate nuances of white flowers and vanilla.
What are the benefits of our soaps?
Our Gentle Skin and Exfoliating Soaps are 100% natural and Cosmos Organic certified!
Our Gentle Skin Soap has been meticulously crafted using a blend of oils and butters to leave skin soft and nourished. It contains organic olive oil and organic castor oil, creating a beneficial protective veil for the skin. Organic shea butter and organic coconut butter are added to nourish and soften the epidermis.
As for our exfoliating soap, it shares the same base of oils and butters, with the addition of organic apricot kernel powder, sourced from French and recycled origins. This exfoliating formula gently removes dead skin cells, stimulating cellular renewal.
