• Prepare your skin: Before applying self-tanner, gently exfoliate your face to remove dead skin cells. This will allow the self-tanner to apply evenly.
  
• Use a small amount: For your first use, start with a small amount of product to determine what works best for you! Over time, feel free to adjust the amount according to your preferences and desired results. You can also mix the self-tanning treatment with your day or night cream for a gradual approach.
  
• Apply the treatment evenly over your entire face and neck. Avoid rough areas such as eyebrows and hairline, as well as delicate areas such as lips and eye contour. Use slow, regular movements to avoid streaks.
  
• Blend the edges: Make sure to carefully blend the self-tanner along your jawline, temples, and neck to avoid demarcation lines.
  
• If you decide to apply it in the morning rather than at night: wait before applying makeup! Wait until the self-tanner is completely dry before applying makeup to avoid disrupting the color. Similarly, before going to bed, take a moment to avoid any transfer onto your pillow 😉
  
• Wash your hands: After application, wash your hands thoroughly to avoid stains on your palms.

Self-tanning face cream provides an overall tanned complexion. However, it will not specifically act on lighter areas, meaning that your skin tone irregularities will remain visible, just as with a natural tan.

Our treatment is dual-action: in addition to giving you a tanned complexion, it will also moisturize your skin just as effectively as your regular moisturizer. For a natural result, we recommend using it 2 to 3 times a week, alternating with your Les Petits Prödiges moisturizer. We recommend applying your self-tanner in the evening, after removing makeup and cleansing your skin. If you desire even deeper hydration, you can apply a serum before the self-tanner. Don't forget to allow a few minutes for the cream to be fully absorbed before going to bed! This prevents it from transferring to your pillow 😉

Even though our self-tanner gives you a tanned complexion, it does not contain UV filters and therefore does not protect against the sun's rays. We also recommend applying it in the evening as it should not be applied before sun exposure.
